The lab is growing, and I’m very happy to welcome Vainavi and Radia as PhD students.

Vainavi joins Penn’s MD-PhD program and comes from MIT, where she worked on protein engineering, directed evolution, and CAR T cell therapy.

Radia joins the lab with training in bioengineering and cellular engineering from NTU and EPFL, along with research experience at Dana-Farber and Harvard focused on CAR T cell biology and cancer immunotherapy.

We are very happy to have them join the group and look forward to this next chapter with them in the lab!
